 Under Montana law a legally registered LLC is considered a resident and can purchase assets like boats, motorhomes, cars/trucks/aircraft and pay no sales taxes.  You can buy them for your LLC where you are at, or I can assist you in acquiring them from my sources here.  Business licenses, PO Box addresses, and a registered agent are requirements of operating as a LLC, we will file all these documents for you.  LLC’s don’t need an EIN, unless you are going to hire employees.  All correspondence will either be delivered to your PO Box or to my office under your business name.  Titles must be addressed to PO Box, from which we will Fed Ex to you (using your FedEx number) the registration receipts and license plates, along w/any mail correspondence designated by you.
